Guarantees
Products
Unlike some companies, who offer different guarantees on different aspects of their windows and doors, all the products supplied by Doors & Windows (Exeter) Limited are guaranteed against failure for a period of ten years from date of supply. (This is assuming normal usage)
We recommend that all customers regularly clean their new windows and doors with warm soapy water on a regular basis, and apply light lubrication to all hinges and locks every six months.
Fitting
As with our full range of products, all our fitting is guaranteed for a period of ten years from date of installation.
Insurance Backed Guarantees
As members of FENSA, we are obliged to offer Insurance Backed Guarantees in addition to our own comprehensive guarantees.
